Steve’s journey includes a lifetime operating with an entrepreneurial growth mindset, even while in corporate roles. He has started and exited multiple businesses, led from the front lines as a Vice President at Honeywell, and mentored and coached dozens of leaders along their own paths to the future selves they desired. He has significant experience in fixing broken businesses, unsticking the stuck and leader, and establishing personal, professional, and business trajectories towards long term success.
